Huawei Mate 20 Pro has everything the Samsung Galaxy S10 should get

Many details about the Mate 20 Pro have been leaked in recent weeks and months. It will undoubtedly be the best ever Huawei smartphone ever. But this time around, the Chinese company does not want to just outshine this year’s competition, but for the first time coming Samsung smartphones wants to steal the show months before. But first let’s look at the Huawei Mate 20 Pro in the new “Twilight” color:

Huawei has already shown on the P20 Pro how beautiful a smartphone with a two-part gradient can look like. And the Mate 20 Pro is in no way inferior. The lighter blue becomes dark purple and the lower part almost black. A real eye candy. On the back you can see the new triple camera, which optically is not the cracker now. But the back now works a bit cleaner, because there is no more fingerprint sensor installed. This is now sitting on the front in the OLED screen.

The front of the Huawei Mate 20 Pro with the dual-edge screen is very similar to the design of the Galaxy S9 Plus – only with Notch. If Samsung jumped on this questionable trend, the smartphone would probably look exactly like that. The notch in the 6.3-inch display has become larger compared to the P20 Pro. This time, however, is supposedly synonymous with a real face recognition in it – similar to the iPhone XS Max Apple. The resolution of the screen should be at 3,120 x 1,440 pixels. With that, Huawei would finally be able to keep up with the competition in terms of pixel density. So far, more and more have been set to FHD + resolutions.

Performance will increase significantly compared to current Kirin 970 Huawei smartphones. The new Kirin 980 is manufactured using the 7 nm process and has a dual NPU (neural processing unit = neural processor). The capabilities of artificial intelligence and support in various application scenarios should surpass all previous – and probably many future – Android smartphones.

In summary: The Huawei Mate 20 Pro has a beautiful look, excellent features, probably a very good camera with 5x zoom, a large battery and hopefully at affordable price. Samsung has come up with something for the Galaxy S10 so this smartphone monster can be surpassed. What do you think of the Huawei Mate 20 Pro?
