DxOMark has tested the performance of the OnePlus 7 Pro camera . The result, this smartphone is perched on the top. Testing the rear camera, DxOMark gives an overall rating of 111 points, while the front camera gets a score of 86 points.
Apparently not a few tech-reviewers were curious about OnePlus 7 Pro, which was just introduced by OnePlus. It was Zack, owner of the YouTube channel JerryRigEverything who did not want to miss to test the durability of OnePlus’s flagship smartphone.
Like its trademark, durability testing is carried out beginning with scratching the OnePlus 7 Pro screen. Like other smartphones that have been protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 5, the OnePlus 7 Pro screen has just been scratched on a scale of 6 Mohs hardness. Scratches are increasingly evident on a 7 Mohs scale.
Next, switching to the front camera of the pop-up model, this is also protected by glass. That is, the pinned lens will not be easily scratched. Even so, the area around it is made of plastic and is vulnerable to many scratches.
Entering the ranks of flagship smartphones, the OnePlus 7 frame is made of metal. This material also targets the SIM Card tray, Volume and Power buttons and slider alerts. The back of the smartphone has also been protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 5.
OnePlus logo and wordmark, both of which are in the glass screen so that they are not easily separated. When experiencing a burning test, the OnePlus 7 screen is very impressive. Yes! This smartphone screen does not show any pixels that die after being burned for about a minute.
The AMOLED panel on other smartphones usually only lasts about 20 seconds so that pixel damage cannot be recovered. Of course, this is an amazing surprise that the OnePlus 7 Pro screen has.
No less surprising, the fingerprint sensor on the screen is still functioning normally when the glass above is scratched at a pressure of 7 Mohs. In addition, this smartphone also escaped from “bend test”, and there were no significant problems with the flagship smartphone.
