Samsung will soon release its newest M Series Galaxy , the Galaxy M40 on the Indian market. Interestingly, the profile of the new smartphone has also been uploaded to the Android Enterprise site. As we have seen before, this smartphone will have a screen with an Infinity-O design.
Yes! Infinity-O is a screen with holes for the front selfie-camera camera loaded in the upper left corner. But not only that, through the Android Enterprise site we can also find out the basic specifications of the smartphone, such as screen size, RAM and embedded ROM.
From the list loaded into Android Enterprise, it is mentioned that the Galaxy M40 has a 6.3-inch screen, has 6 GB of RAM and 128 GB of internal storage. Also mentioned, this smartphone is already running with Android 9 Pie .
No less interesting is that this smartphone is likely to follow naming duality. As the Galaxy M30 available in China comes as the Galaxy A40s. The Galaxy M40 is very similar to the Galaxy A60 which is currently available exclusively on the Chinese market.
Another equation between the Galaxy M40 and the Galaxy A60 is the chipset support and the camera it has. The rumor is, the Galaxy M40 will be equipped with a Snapdragon 6 Series chipset, most likely is Snapdragon 675 . Besides that, it has a 32 MP main camera and an 8 MP front camera.
Interestingly enough, the Galaxy M40 seems to have a Bixby button on the side, while the Galaxy A60 is not equipped with these buttons at all. So, will the Galaxy M40 be similar to the Galaxy A60? The answer we can see on the release of the Galaxy M40 on June 11, 2019 later.
